My background spans talent, HR technology, business operations, education and the future of work. That experience shapes the way I approach AI: start with the people and the work, understand the real constraints, then build the system.

As founder of Outnovately and Outnovately Academy, I bring together strategy, implementation and practical learning. AI workforce design connects business knowledge with clear roles so founders can explore a more intentional way to run recurring work.
A teaching and coaching foundation.
I have trained over 110,000 learners across my broader career. This includes Upwork invitations where I taught large audiences and a course hosted on its platform for years, speaking and training for organisations, and the University of Freelancing. It is a career-wide education figure, not a count of AI-only students or implementation clients.
What I believe about the next chapter.
AI should make responsibilities clearer, not more mysterious. People need to know what a system can do, where it needs help and how to judge its work. The strongest starting point is a useful job, a shared standard and a willingness to improve.

Today, my work has three connected paths: building AI workforces for businesses, helping teams adopt AI and developing AI fluency for individuals. My coaching background helps me meet people where they are, explain unfamiliar ideas and turn learning into practice.
